The woman running the store had absolutely no idea what she was doing, insanely rude. Continuously giving wrong information and blaming the customer for not knowing. Claiming I should have known even though I am going off information she gave me.

Arlene II more than appreciate the lady (overseeing the location), staying open long enough for me to pick up the trailer. Unfortunately the truck pickup dealer, prior to picking up the trailer, took longer than expected, which delayed me getting the trailer sooner. But again, I do more than appreciate the place staying open for me. The tire on the passenger side needed air, as unfortunately it was very low, which wasn’t known until after my truck was parked on the trailer. The tire held air though, but unfortunately the tire in front of the tire that had low pressure (the front passenger tire) blew out while I was in Indian Springs, Nevada. Then the U-Haul dealer that I dropped the trailer off to in Fallon, NV, informed me that another tire blew out on the trailer, after I dropped the trailer off. I’m very thankful that the trailer didn’t blow a tire more than once while on the road, but even once was alarming, as it was the first time a tire blew out on me in 22 years of driving. Other than what has already been said, I can’t complain.
