Ken was busy trying to run his market and I was sitting in the wings and it made confusing since He was logging in for me on a device while ringing his customers and then he rented me the U-Haul that I had reserved with a pad lock on the back and he did not have the combination. told me to take it and just CUT IT OFF! I didn't have the means to cut off a lock to get into the back of the truck to load my stuff so I had to call a friend of my bothers and then go to HomeDepot to get the part to cut off the lock Who does that The he over charged me and added insurance with out my permission So shady!!!
Gigi PI received no help whatsoever when I returned the trailer. All the gentleman did was tell me where to put the trailer. I asked if there was anything more after I did that, and he said no. Two days later, I got a call from U-Haul asking when I was going to return the trailer. I said I had and had taken pictures to prove it. The person said she would call the location, and then all of a sudden I get confirmation of the return, dated the next day. I am also unhappy about having to pay a $20 charge plus a full fee for damage coverage simply because I needed a few more hours of rental (I returned it the day it was due but at about 3:00 instead of 11:30. Seems overkill for a few hours.
Kenneth BThe van I rented was supposed to have 7/16 gas when I got in, but it only had 3/16. I returned it with over 1/4 of gas but was still charged over $45 in gas fees!!! Completely ridiculous, this location should be investigated for fraud, they reported my return gas as 3/16 when my verified photo evidence showed it about 1/4. I will never return to this location.
