They were very helpful after the original drop off location said they have no space and I should go to another one. Even though it is a small location, they made it work to drop the trailer off. Thank you!

Joshua WI picked up a U-Haul from a convenience store/liquor store, and the experience was completely unacceptable. Unprofessional Pick-Up: The counter employee barely spoke English and had to call someone on a personal cell phone just to verify my reservation, which they didn't seem to have on file. No Documentation or Receipts: I was forced to upload my driver's license through a cell phone link. I received no paperwork to sign, no email or physical confirmation of the rental upon pickup or return, and zero explanation of the final charges. I also put 2.5 gallons of gas in since light came on to get back to 1/4 tank. Only drove 13 miles round-trip. Vehicle & Fuel Issues: I was told the truck had 1/4 tank of gas—already too low for a customer pickup—but the gas gauge turned out to be broken. As soon as I drove off, the gauge immediately dropped to "E." This was the worst rental experience I have ever had. The location operates unprofessionally, and I strongly recommend shutting down U-Haul operations here. I will never do business with this location again.
