Such a busy area, hard to pull in UHaul, waited a long time for staff to rearrange trucks to make room for truck, made a big deal about the smallest margin of gas difference from picture. In the end the owner was kind and helped us deal with an overall very negative UHaul experience so I did appreciate that.
