I had such a good experience renting a U-Haul from Pure Water. Moving day is usually pretty stressful, but everything about the rental process was super straightforward. They've got it down to a science - I just walked in, picked up my truck, and was on my way. The owner deserves a special shoutout. They were there if I needed anything but didn't hover over me or try to upsell me on stuff I didn't need. You can tell they actually care about making the experience good for their customers. Honestly, this is probably the smoothest U-Haul rental I've ever done. If you need to rent a truck in the area, these folks have got you covered. Really glad I found them!
Jonathan MEverything was great. This satellite office new there stuff. I will say this, while the moving truck was very clean, the windshield was not. I really should have taken to clean it but was pressed for time. It was pretty bad.
