Be attentive Treat your customer the way you want to be treated. Don’t tell your customer have a nice day at 7PM after you made them attempt to return a truck to a location besides your own. Don’t eat while working with customers… I’m due a full refund and other compensation after the way I was treated tonight.

3rd party stores need more.training. however I would use Uhaul company again at a actual Uhaul dealership vs 3rd party. Happy Uhaul employee came to physical pick up location to help me out. The 2 customer service reps on phone also had great Ole school customer service (rare these days) Go the actual Uhaul location.
