Whoever runs this drop off was not there & unavailable. Called, left messages never called me back. It is located at a small convenience store with no room to back in a trailer. Finally, the guy in the store talked to him & I just left it. Thankfully, 2 men who were outside helped me unhook the trailer and push it into the parking spot. I had to call U-Haul customer service for help in getting this guy to get it checked in. Would not recommend & will never use again
