Didn't get blankets. No help loading trailer to truck and the poor trailer design does not have a tongue jack which is very unsafe and you can throw back out lifting. Trailer said safety is important but no. Inside trailer very slippery with snow. Should have diamond plate floor.
Ron W.The drop off location was not clearly marked and couldn't find it so ended up going to another one up the road and the person there was rude and not helpful and made me go back to the other location! I-Haul SUCKS and I will NEVER rent from you again EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You can go fuck yourself!
