The receiving location should be checking in the equipment THE DAY it is dripped off. I dropped off my trailer 2 days early, and the receiving location did not check it in until myself and Uhaul called them on the day it was due in and it was checked in after the due in time. This is poor practice because it can result in being charged for an extra day when in fact it was 2 days early.
