Don’t send customer to another location 15 miles away from original pick up location…because original location didn’t have truck in stock especially when the original pick up location had plenty of trucks on the lot..also second pick up location has no customer service desk had to do all reservations on phone not helpful
Sarah ANothing to do with the location when I was picking up and returning using using Mobile pickup I had serious problems. I would say the UHaul site needs some improvement. Not the process just the site has issues. Sorry
