Good experience overall BUT you could put a big sign up that says “TRAILER RETURN AROUND BACK” and then have something that would alert the employee.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkPickup was simple. Picked up after hours but called facility before they closed and they walk me through how to pick up. They were very help full.
Alexander DWhen I had issues with pick-up I called Cathy from In Towne and she guided me every step of the way. She even texted to make sure roadside assistance was on the way. She is responsible for turning around the whole experience. Highly recommend!
Deb Hcheck to make sure there is a dolly as well.
Katherine TWhen you something then it should be yours not have to drive somewhere else .
