Pickup was simple. Picked up after hours but called facility before they closed and they walk me through how to pick up. They were very help full.

When I had issues with pick-up I called Cathy from In Towne and she guided me every step of the way. She even texted to make sure roadside assistance was on the way. She is responsible for turning around the whole experience. Highly recommend!
