Horrible experience. I reserved a truck to move my storage unit. It was a 9 hour drive and I only had help for the weekend. Three different times they told me to come back and get a truck and there were none there. I watched numerous people come in and scream at the poor people who provide U-Haul‘s - who were the nicest people - and it wasn’t their fault that you all overbooked your trucks. Horrible horrible experience. I understand none of you really care if your customers are happy as long as you’re paid, but it’s shameful. I can’t wait for another company to come and take you out because eventually they will. People only take so much before they’re over it…and I watched A LOT of people be “over it” that day. Be better.
