I have used u-haul services many times. I was very impressed by the Santa Barbara Office. The manager bent over backwards to help me select the correct truck for my purpose. Hauled a bunch of stuff successfully and without any problems. Thank you U-Haul...!!!

Easy to rent. Professional service.
RACHEL OSo easy--the man in the office was friendly, professional and very helpful. I do wish there were a way to anchor the dolly when picking up and returning so it's not careening around slamming into the walls at every turn, but otherwise, equipment was good. Easy parking right in front.

ETHAN Jgreat employee! However, i think its not right that the trucks arent filled up! First, wasting my time and secondiily you are really taking money from your customers both ways, i fill up because only a 1/4 tank and when i leave there is now a half tanks which means the next customer pays ti 1/2 plus any extra and it grows. What a rip off!!!!
