I have no issues with the location. My issue is with customer service. I scheduled pickup at a different location and when I went to pick up the truck, they told me they are no longer an authorized Uhaul location and don't have any trucks. I had movers coming in 30 minutes. I needed a truck. Uhaul never informed me ahead of time about this issue. I started driving to the nearest location while calling customer service to find me a truck. I wasn't even offered a discount for your error and the inconvenience.

The manager was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. This location is open on Sundays, which was very convenient for us, as many other locations in the area are closed that day. We rented a 15 foot truck, which was clean and in excellent condition with about 18K miles. Returning was easy too with plenty of room to maneuver in the parking lot after-hours on a Sunday.

OSCAR AWhen I picked up the truck I asked if it needed to come back to this specific site or if it could be dropped anywhere. I was told any U-Haul and ended up getting charged $270 wrong drop off fee.
