Great service when the uhaul door got stuck the gentleman helped me open it in time to drop off my last load
NATHAN BOverall the entire uhual experience this time was horrible. I don’t necessarily blame the guy at the location but I will never use uhual again. I will go with budget or Penske. I reserved my 20 foot truck a month in advance and then they call me two days before after I already had movers saying they didn’t have the size of truck for me and I also reserved an appliance dolly and when I got to the location, They didn’t have an appliance dolly, so it was very very Stressful and I shouldn’t have had to gone through that. Worst experience ever.
WHITNEY BI didn’t rate it an excellent because they did not have the appliance dolly that I had reserved. I am not sure if this is the locations fault or UHauls fault.
Gregory MI’ll never recommend U-Haul to anyone. Not unless my experience can be made right with a full refund.
