Jesse Rivera was extremely friendly and helpful. He took back our Rental Truck when it wasn't even on the contract to return it to him. My contract said to return it to the Sunoco down the street and the gentlemen there were rude and totally unprofessional. They even lied to me that I received a text from U-Haul to return it to Maxx and when I showed them my phone that I never received any texts from U-Haul he walked away. If I was U-Haul I would pull their contract. Totally unacceptable.
