I was not looking forward to renting a vehicle to move some items to storage. The owner was extremely kind, the process was simple and straightforward. The van was clean and in great condition. Drop off was simple. Thank you - I will be back.

Everything was good...except that they couldn't give me the final receipt because of connection problems..said they would send me an email...but haven't seen it yet...I'll give them a couple days..no big deal..
WILLIAM SAndrew at this location was super helpful. He was patient and thorough in his explanation of all aspects of my transaction. He carefully answered all of my questions, and was ready to respond to any of my needs. He was personable and made the pick up of the 20 footer I rented quick and easy. It's very easy to highly recommend U-Haul after my experience here.
WAYNE LDon't know who sets the mileage or how, but I was lucky to make it exactly on my allowance. Made no extra stops, used closest gas station, and stil was an inch away from going over mileage offered. People were really nice though and equipment seemed well maintained.
