Picked up trailer and it had a flat tire, they did nothing about it just said it needed air, we ended up having to take it off and to a tire shop ourselves.
The vehicle was well suited for my move, but all season tires in Canadian winters are not acceptable. I almost got stuck 2 or 3 times on hard packed snow......you really need to install winter tires on these rentals. Thank you.
This location and the location on Millar Avenue were awesome. The only thing I was not happy with was the central or online system that kept moving my rental to another location, which was on the complete other side of the city. I changed it 3 times and then when I showed up at lakeview suds, they didn't have anything in the system as it had been switched, luckily they had the truck that I preferred available. I never showed up for the booking across the city as I canceled it but still received a call from them.
Friendly and fast help
1) The price we where quoted when we made the original booking was not the actual price. We where quoted ended up have $130 of extra charges at pickup. 2) The truck ran really bad and used $200 gas to drive from Saskatoon, SK to Calgary, AB. Was really terrible on fuel.
The corporate booking system was a nightmare. I was double booked so my rental unit was not at the location that was picked. I was sent to another location and had to fight for the same Renata. Terrible experience.

not recommend as originally booked 17 ft confirmed-changed location the night before. The self serve check in process is terrible. Site repeatedly asks to repeat same processes over and over with no error flagged. Creating an account is pointless as all information needs to be re-entered more than once. This is the same issue at any uhaul I have rented from. The business model is actually archaic/dysfunctional. Similar reviews that I have sent with earlier rentals. The monopoly that uhaul maintains allows this company to consistently fail results every time. With no other option, and you know this uhaul, you spectacularly under perform. With no competition available in my city, it allows you to provide a very poor customer service record that would never exist in a marketplace that had a competitor. This lack of attention to modernizing your website and streamlining mobile registration is a business model that will eventually find itself irrelevant. So disappointed with your inefficiency and this is my 8th rental.
My wife received a call Oct. 7 from Lakeview Suds demanding the lock on the truck rental be returned to them. The contract that was emailed to me on my home computer on the day of pickup (I do not have data on my cell phone and did not receive until returning home). The contract states " â€¢ Return EQUIPMENT to the destination location listed on your rental contract or call the Drop Off number provided. Failure to do so may result in additional charges. This was what was done, including the lock. I had changed pickup location to Lakeview for a counter check-in since I could not do a virtual check-in. I was willing to pay the extra mileage to eliminate the virtual check-in, but the person at Lakeview could not accommodate a counter rental check-in, the person that could was returning at 3:00 pm, my pickup time was for 1:00 pm.. A family member had to drive from Nuanlage, north of Saskatoon to assist with virtual check-in with their cell phone (they have data). I returned the call from the U-Haul representative at Lakeview Suds and explained where the lock was. He demanded that I return the lock to his location as per text message when checking in to acquire the truck. This man has poor customer skills, was very demanding and rude. If the lock was to be returned to Lakeview Suds why did they not keep it when I picked up the vehicle. If I was to return said lock to the pickup location would they be there at 2:00 am.?

Location in mckercher dr. Saskatoon check your receipt before you go they charge me lot and when you ask them they pretend that they not do wrong.

The team went above and beyond and I wouldnt recommend for them to change anything they are an amazing team and I would very much recommend them to friends family and anybody else who needs a U-Haul

Uhaul is doing great providing very essential services to movers. As great as the services are, do not expect that in these days of professional social media complaining every mover will be satisfied with your services.
I made the booking choosing the mobile pickup but it failed miserably. Fortunately Max was amazing. It did take an extra forty minutes to pick up the truck, but Max went the extra mile and was amazing.
I booked the truck at gray ave for pick up at 3pm on 28. August. They told me they gave it to someone else which has same last name and used my whole identity like my phone number and my address which is a fraud using someone else identity, they didnt even check the address on her license and didnt even ask for her phone number. She took the truck on my reference number, my address , my email and even phone number as well. The guy didnt check anything and gave the truck. Then he told me to go to McKercher location to pick up the truck as they have one available. My question is are you guys not checking the identities before giving your units to anyone. In my case its a clear identity theft - what should I do?
When I went for my appointment there wasn't someone at the location who was able to put me in a vehicle, I was waiting for about 20 mins. And then they got their vehicles mixed up and had put on the inspection that the has was full but it was less that half. Overall I had a pleasant experience once I was getting the truck. They just seemed unprepared.

The person at the car wash location for drop off was very nice. However, I don't think the vehicle was checked back in at the time of drop off as the next day I was contacted twice saying it was not returned and I would be paying late charges. The second caller found the vehicle parked out front and cleared the charges. So I guess a proper check in would make things smoother for the next renter.

Please find how working that time and send him for consoling and for customer service classes i return asap my work finished maybe hour and half and I filled more than I used and really looking appreciation and I just friendly told that person but he started big time arguing when I told him im just looking appreciation nothing else he said to me why I do this is not my van and when I said ur service is very poor i will call to the customer service (and i did call when i done with him) he said to me i m going to put my bad remarks and u not going to get U Haul next time
