Mark S.We ordered the 4'x8' trailer two weeks prior to needing it from a closer location. A day before our trip we got a voicemail stating that, even though we reserved the trailer two weeks prior, the location no longer had the trailer we needed and said we had to go to another that was further away and more inconvenient for us. Adding stress to my family and forcing us to change the pick up time from 9am to 3pm because of the distance. The guy at the new location couldn't have been nicer. We knew it wasn't his fault but it was a small headache. When someone gives you two weeks notice and pays in advance you need to have a trailer at the location. Two weeks is more than enough time for you to have the trailer we want at the location we want.
