The dealer at shop was very rude and I won’t recommend anybody else to book at the same location.

Location is nearby. Parking lot is dirty. Owner was a bit confused that I checked in the truck already. Truck was a bit difficult to find.
MUNEEB JI rented the vehicle for the first time from this location. The location is prime and the only good thing ends here. The vehicle was covered in snow and I removed the snow from vehicle in cold. Moreover, it was snowy and one of the wiper blade was broken. I reported the same to location and fixed it temporarily as I needed the vehicle. I hope someone at U-Haul will read it and improves the service.
