First of all truck was very dirty inside the cabin plus the deck was even dirtier then i orderes 2 dolly that they dont have so have to go to another loction that was 8km away, and the gas tank was empty when i picked it, the customer is not supposed to fill tank when they pick it up. Overall very poor experience dont get uhaul from this location

SANTIAGO Pthey should open the business on time as there are customers who opt to counter pick up and not everyone knows how to deal with check in thru apps. wasted my time waiting for them to open so i can pick up the rental van. aside from that, i have no other concerns everything is great, the van is new and runs smooth and return is hassle free.
