Location is easily accessible. very good customer service. i like or in my opinion, dolly ( furniture) or other moving supplies should goes with the rental unit, "free" but if lost should be charged. Thank you...

My experience with the customer service was worse ever experience. The (black girl) was rude, tried to humiliate me bcs I forgot my driving license in presence of my friend (was with me) and other clients and her colleagues. I had people waiting to help me move. And she tried delay my pick up from 8:30 to 10 a.m. she didn’t check vehicle for assessment. At the end she pointed that the truck is out side and it took me awhile to find which was the one with the key inside it. I would never go to this location with these clowns. I had heard about this location before but I thought its people biases. I am so disappointed aggrevated for my experience. This girl made my movin experience a lot worse.

Correct gas/mileage at start-up as I was told it was 5/8 when in fact it was 1/2 - other than that no issues whatsoever. There were a few maintenance lights on on the dashboard which confused me but no issues driving wise.

I was promised compensation for the problems that transpired on my booking, I had to go to another location To pick up truck , actually I was told to hurry up and get truck , The dolly I had requested was not in Truck , when I called uhaul they tried to tell me , I had not booked a dolly , I provided an email that showed a dolly request , after going to another location , a dolly was provided after waiting an hour , all in all my move was delayed several hours , which got me stuck in Traffic which all would be avoided had You had proper people taking the calls and booking reservations, I am still waiting for my 50$

Better cleaning and maintenance for the vehicles would be great. When mentioned to the staff the vehicle had several problems the just responded with, “that’s what the insurance is for.”

Items for improvement. 1) I was at check in 15 minutes prior to pick up time at noon, due to the long line due to the lack of staff at the counter, according to the staff the manager did not staff adequately. I expect the Billion dollar company that is U-Haul will deal with this in a timely manner that every Saturday this and all locations are staffed adequately for peak customer rentals. Impact my week knees were in terrible pain after and running late for my elevator booking. 2) The express check in email you sent me and that I selected told me that I was checked in, till I reached the counter and was told I needed to follow the instructions on the phone demo that I did not see when I walked in. Please improve the placement. 3) Booking online, many pages with default charges for packing materials and moving supplies. Please immediately remove the defaults and let customers pick what they need.

Hi I had a 17" van rented I believe it was with V10 engine oil levels needs to be checked by staff before they are given to costumer I had to add 2 liters to it to bring it up to between full and add most costumers never check not good scenario when you are on busy highway and oil light comes on . Other wise van was good it did its job safely .

The truck I got was nearly empty while the rep indicated quarter tank on the form. Thank gracious o checked to correct the information. I also had to buy fuel soon as I drove off. I think it's good practice to have gas on the truck. The service was excellent compared to my experience at a different location.

The lights were not working, was supposed to be ready, and was not, very disappointed, had to go to another place in Toronto...by the time we finally had a trailer it took 4 hrs altogether. Which should have taken 10 minutes. I lived not even 5 min from that place

Never seem to have furniture dollies at the Warden/Ellesmere location. A few months back while using u-haul for a previous move, I requested furniture dollies(2) and was reassured that they will be ready to go when I come to pick up the truck on moving day only to be told they didn’t have them!!! Extremely frustrating when I had to cancel a previous reservation at another location after being told they won’t have my equipment!! Booked instead at Warden/Ellesmere only to go through the same shit!!! What’s the point in trying to rent equipment when it’s never available??? Really inconvenient when you’re relying on rental equipment needed to help you move only to have it not available on the actual moving day!!! You can’t give a heads up that you’re short on equipment??? Keep better track of the equipment so you’re not constantly inconveniencing people. Like moving’s not stressful enough!! Be prepared for U-Haul to not have your rental equipment and add to your already stressful day!!!

Have your vehicles gas tanks full no confusion on how much gas to put in, the system you have is not costumer friendly and it's to your advantage most people wind up putting more gas in the vehicles then they have to, win win for U-Haul that's not good, rip off!!!

My hitch had the wrong size ball -U-Haul employee fixed me up with the right one Then my turning signal on my trailer failed to work -U-Haul employee fixed the blown fuse on my vehicle These guys got both my problems sorted and had me out on the road with my rental in a matter of minutes Well done

Your staff gave me someone else's contract in my uhaul folder. I returned a tow dolly within 3 hours of picking it up, the guy working in the yard disconnected it from my vehicle. I went inside to let your staff know it was returned, there were 10 people in line with one person working your counter. I tried to phone as I drove away, could not get through to anyone. The guy working the yard said he would tell them. 5 days later I receive an invoice for 2 more days rental. Your staff determined that I did not return it until 3 days after I returned it. How does that happen? It was the only tow dolly in the yard, they could not physically go and check? I have rented a tow dolly once a month for 4 consecutive months, at this point I will not be renting anymore!!

I had made the booking on line and went through the express checkout! But when I went to the store, they pretty much had to go through the entire process again (waist of time for me and them....) Either make it a valid process or remove it from your website!

I called 1 800-270-2794 to modify the drop-off location. The people you have working there are useless. One guy was so incompetent ghat I hung up on him to try my luck with someone else. I would get transferred places and the next person was clueless to what I wanted. Props to Shukri. She was awesome and helped me do what I needed with ease
