It was my first experience with U Haul and went worst. - Reservation didnt knew location closing time - Location manager didnt place the key as what was showing on the app - Took us 2 hours to get hold of the vehicle after reaching the location. Wish I dont need U Haul service again.

Staff speaking language, yelling at customer, unprofessional. Gas not where it says it would be. Vehicle dirty and not sanitizer. No windshield washer fluid. I could go on. I'm used to the Kingston road location in Scarborough and they're excellent, the only reason I go to this location is because it's close to Costco where I buy furniture and use the uhaul is move it, but never again.

The guy who was supposed to hook up the trailer was extremely rude to me, he had a terrible attitude. I handed him the wiring adapter and he told me to put it on myself. Every other time I've rented, the guy hooking it up would attach it for me. After that things went down hill. To top it all all, he was wearing his mask on his chin. The staff inside the store would not give me his first name, which makes it very difficult to call and complain about him. Stay away from this location.

Absolute worst uhaul dealer I have ever dealt with, you Scam ppl, your trucks are in miles not km, you upmark them on ppl, I bring the truck back 3/4 of a tank like it was when I took it, you say it was supposed to be 15/16, another $30 charge, your preparation links expire so we cant back track but your invoice link doesnt expire...go figure! Fuk you ppl you're disgusting, no wonder you have bad reviews, I'm not paying your so called extra charges, throw me in the credit bureau, thats fine! Budget or Enterprise next time for me!

why did you cancel up on my first u haul reservation? i had so many issues with uhaul booking. This is totally unprofessional.

The truck drop off area is too small and if enough people drop off moving trucks at the end of the month it blocks the entrance/exit. They should just have people park the trucks in parking spots. There was a large crack down the side of the truck. (mainly cosmetic). Instructions where not very clear on where to drop off the keys for return outside of open hours.

The self-car drop off feature was near useless. Tried 3 different browsers on my phone and they all had errors. Kept glitching and had to restart halfway. Its a new phone from 2020 too. After 30 mins of trying to use it, I gave up and left the keys and wrote a note.

I had to travel from Downtown toronto to pick a truck and had to drive back to dropoff that is 40km total to pickup and dropoff.Its sad that one can't drop off at the nearest uhaul location.Not Happy at all.

I booked on January 1st. On January 29th, I receive a call from you to confirm the reservation, but the representative did not say where she was calling from--to me, it would've been from where I originally booked. Luckily, I noticed the pick up location had changed to a location 30 minutes away. It would be nice to know that the location has changed well before the date so I could look for another service as it was inconvenient, especially on a moving day. Lastly, please advise your representatives to clarify and confirm which location they are calling from. Overall, I will most likely explore other services in the future.

The self pickup was little complicated keep asking about locating my gps when I DID turn it on..so I had to go in side to talk to the receptionist.
