I came to your location as I had just moved - and explained to the girl at the desk that the furniture dolly wheel was locking and it seemed as though the covering on one of the wheels was not like the others - so it kept getting stuck and we could not use it. She was having a problem with something else and didn't seem to be in a very good mood telling me that I waited too long to mention it and that she didn't have a manager to speak with. I found your services great yet if I couldn't use something I felt it was fine to ask for a credit. She didn't seem happy to accomodate that. Please contact me

The woman I dealt with on the Warden location was fantastic But the fact I had to even go here instead of going where i had reserved dt, meant I will avoid Uhaul in the future. Next move I plan to not use Uhaul

The store itself was good. Uhaul in general was a terrible experience. My reservation was changed to a 45 min drive away from where I originally had booked the truck. I spent over 1.5 hours driving there and back to do my move - and the reservation time was changed as well so I was moving until 10pm. In addition, I purchased a 30$ TV protector box and when I got home I realized that it was empty so I bought an empty 30$ box that didn't even secure my TV.

The tires that we rented were not for winter and we ended up returning the vehicle even we were not done moving. There was a winter storm and tires should be winter tires. Instead of having to move this weekend I have to book another weekend because of the winter tire Issue

Terrible booking procedures. And an even more cumbersome and infuriating process to rectify a problem that could have been avoided altogether. I did not book for this location. I booked for another that wouldn't have even been able to fill my reservation because they were not open or available for after hours pickup. Yet, the online system allowed me to make this reservation and even OFFERED after hours pickup, only to be told the DAY BEFORE my move that they need to change the reservation time. This was with complete disregard of the fact that people who move into buildings only have an elevator reservation for a certain time. When contacting UHaul, I was transfered four times before reaching a person that was actually able to help me. Not to mention, the second woman I spoke to was incredibly rude and malcontent. Will never again book with UHaul and will be certain to tell any family or friends of my experience. While on hold and in the store you advertise a claim of a guarantee of a stress-free moving experience but it is the exact opposite. I would rather pay slightly more with another company than to ever deal with this type of disposable and disrespectful customer service ever again.

Check out is awful. Having to take 10 different pictures before you can leave. Took 45 minutes to drop Off a truck that was used for 4 hours. Complete waste of time.

Online mobile check in process was probably quicker than lining up in the office so that was good and the staff gave me the key once I said I had already checked in. Vehicle was very clean and everything worked as intended,

You should allow client to leave his car in your lot if he is renting a truck for less then 12 hours at his own responsibility to make the rental process more convenient .

the booking was fast and happy i could find the truck last minute, the staff were friendly and pleasant. I think the amount of time waiting in line could be reduced and the overall process of checking in from first contact to me out the door with the key in my hand. TIme is money and don't let anyone fool you, it is all about the money!

The only thing didn’t work for me is to return the van using the link, after filling all the info and once you take picture of the sahab board it kept on saying error occurred . So that was deceiving

When I pulled in to drop off the equipment during business hours, there was a pickup with two gentlemen sitting in it in the "return area". I figured that they were waiting for someone to come out and take back the pickup, so I pulled in behind. I waited for a minute or so, neither person got out of the truck and it didnt look like anyone was coming to meet them. I pulled around and unhooked my trailer and went to the front desk to let them know that I had returned it. The front desk was surprised that no one came to meet me, rather, that I didnt see either of the two employees out there. She told me to go back and see them. I go back to the return area and one of the guys steps out of the pickup, it turns out he was the emplyee (they both were emplyeess I assume). It would have been nice if they would have popped out of the truck when I frist pulled in to return the trailer to identify themselves, in addition it would have been nice have had someone offer to help unhook the trailer. When I asked why he didnt step out of the truck when I pulled in behind, he said "when you are returning a trailer, you dont need to speak with us,customers can just drop them off". I don't know this, and felt inconvenienced by having to go into the building for my return in addition having to return to have him tell me I didn't need to talk to anyone. It really was something of an annoyance. He should have come out of the pickup when I pulled in behind him to assist me. In addition, he could have helped me unhook the trailer at which time he could have told me that I was good to leave and I would be billed for the rental. Thx

On pick up rep said go ahead and waved me off. Did not inspect truck with me or ask if I had any questions or offer help with operation, adjusting mirrors ect. During usev I noticed truck had 2 tires way too low in air. Drivers side mirror was cracked & impeded perfect use. On return it took a long time to get a rep to review truck as a line up of returns waited. But at least the rep who did check truck on return was pleasant and precise. More attention needs to be given on pick ups and perhaps suggesting to help if one does not know how to pull out ramp or others options. That could be offered to be shown!! I had zero help. -- Heres the keys....the end. Not enough.
