The storage space in the truck was filthy. Additionally, I spoke to an associate at this location and asked him if I can leave my personal vehicle at the location and pick it back up the following night, the associate said “yeah no problem. However, it was in fact a PROBLEM! When I arrived back at the location, I stumbled across a closed gate after being dropped off. The gate was closed! My vehicle was locked in there. I contacted U-haul customer service to assist me in my issue. They apparently said they attempted to contact a manager and they didn’t answer. I had to stay on the streets for hours due before they reopened due to me not living in that city anymore, I now live 1 hour and a half away and had to pay for uber to get back to the location to retrieve my vehicle. I was lied to and mislead. I WILL NEVER BE RENTING FROM THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!
