Answer the phone when your customers call. I waited on line each time I called for an hour plus. The return drop boxes at locations aren't designed to accommodate larger key sizes. The key would not fit in the drop box. Had to make a second trip to wait thirty minutes for an attendant to show up. The charges beyond daily rental, miles and tax should be disclosed when a customer books a reservation.margaret B.

Remote check in app did not work - it kept asking for a valid drivers license number even though I entered it correctly several times. I finally asked the lone employee at the location (which was a gas station) for help. He gladly assisted me but we were interrupted many times by customers purchasing gas, cigarettes, snacks, etc. His 50 cent snack customers were more important than my $100 truck rental. Local agent was excellent I used on line reservation system and checkin process but kept getting an error message that I was not entering a valid drivers license number. That is not true!! The local agent had to re-enter all the info into the system. Very frustrating.steven K.

The "clean and well maintained" question needs to be split. The truck was well maintained, ran well and even the AC worked flawlessly on a VERY hot moving day. "Clean" definitely did NOT apply to this vehicle. Given the COVID-19 concerns, and the cleaning touted by U-Haul on their web site, we were disappointed to find the cab absolutely filthy. While throwing away trash that was left by a prior customer(s), we even found a (current) electric bill from a prior customer. (That was left with the agent at return.) We wiped down everything with disinfecting wipes, which was supposed to have already been done, and they were FILTHY brown with grime that came off the seats, handles and controls. That is not only gross, but dangerous right now. This truck hasn't even seen a vacuum cleaner in a very long time, as the floor was covered in dirt. The truck performed well and definitely did the job. It was NOT clear when we rented the truck that the one-way rental only included 99 miles, so the web site really needs to clearly present that information. That is obviously not a "strike" against the pick-up location.Douglas T.

It was a loud highway, and you have to wait everytime someone needs something. (Abt every 2min) but it was rather fast and the lady was doing her best. You cant ask for more then someone doing there best. And best to go early.Tyler W.
The setup for pick up is horrible. You have to stand out in the elements. The person in the booth is hard to hear over the traffic noise. You also have to stop and wait every time someone wants gas or cigarettes. I will not use this location again.Barbara C.

Actually make it a self checkout. Owner had to involve himself and I waited behind numerous cash only gas customers to be helped. Process took 50 minutes! I was charged for a late truck return that wouldn't have happened if it was figured from the time I actually removed this truck from the lot! Terrible service!Paul T.
I had a one way drop off which was originally scheduled to be dropped off at Laurel Community Hardware (037519) located at 1001 S Central Avenue in Laurel, DE. When I got there and after closing out my reservation using the mobile drop off. I was informed by a person that told me that Laurel Community Hardware was no longer a uhaul location. I had to contact customer service which had to reroute me to this location in Seaford. I was not pleased by this inconvenience that was beyond my control. I would suggest doubling checking and ensuring your drop off locations are valid, even though at the time of this reservation and drop off, this location was still showing in the Uhaul system as being an active site.Christopher S.
i called another UHaul . They sent me to this place. Even after confirming my order I wasn't sure that they would have the size truck I needed. I felt like I was being rushed off of the phone. Handling business from the little shack with the gas pumps was not easy.Nancy D.
