The truck itself was clean however there were muddy footprints all over the floor on the passenger side. I couldn't tell if they were permanent stains or not but they looked dirty

Emily D.Super disappointed with U-Haul web site. What the website offer's isn't what the location has. I can't go to two or three places to get my order. I pre-paid shipping materials. My location doesn't do that. I also requested plastic boxes but would have the to to third location for those. So online was easy but split between three locations making it impossible to gather.
