The van was pretty dirty on the outside; didn't matter a ton to me but when I've rented uhauls in the past they usually clean it before use

I had the reservation for 10 am when the location was to open, however the employee did not arrive until 10:20am. I was waiting outside, and had to call customer service to figure out whether there was an issue.
