Heather was great; knowledgeable, helpful and personable. The van was clean with clear instruction labels. Returning the van to the designated parking spot was challenging.

Allison FA 15$ coverage was added by default to my rental without my consent. The u-haul associate did not inform me on the coverage but handed an estimate receipt, from which I found out about the added coverage after returned the vehicle.
