Originally set up for mobile pickup but wouldn’t work. Had to go inside and complete rental all over again, Wasted 30 minutes waiting for the attendant to complete rental. Absolutely will not rent with mobile pickup in the future. Key wasn’t even in truck so don’t know how we were even supposed to drive it.

ISOM MY'all was great keep up the good work
WILLIE LMy problem isn’t with the pick up location itself. It was easy and the truck was clean and ready to go. My problem is finding out 36 hours out that I would have to make a two hour round trip to pick up the truck I reserved several days ago rather than picking up from one of the several locations in town where I reserved it. This made what turned out to be a very long day even longer. Customes should be given warning much earlier for something like this.
