How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe trucks check engine light was on when I picked it up. I let them know and it was still on when I dropped it back off. It was hard to check the vehicle in and I had to call the customer service line. She sent me a link to check out rather than me just being able to check it in. It was a lot. I also told her about the check engine light and she suggested I note that in my return but then when I tried it wouldn't let me proceed so I had to say no to the question. The app did not work. I didn't really have a good signal where the gas station is located. Also when I made the reservation I wanted a dolly included but there wasn't one. I had to go to another store and rent one from there and then return that later. It was just a hassle.

JILL JDesignate specific area for drop off. We just had to guess where to park the truck.
KRISTEN SThe person working there (it is also a convenience store) didn't have any idea about how to process the drop off. He wanted us to just give him the keys and says someone would call us if the needed anything else. I found the drop off instructions in my uhaul account after some searching and was able to do or return myself like it was an out of hours return, but staff at drop off locations should at least have a written job aid to follow for this kind of thing.
