The gentleman helping us at Bullocks was very helpful, however, our experience with Uhaul specifically leading up was frustrating. Our pickup location was moved from Kingston to this location with a later pickup time, and the equipment we purchased (mattress covers and TV box) were not moved to this location, so we still had to drive to the original one I selected (in Kingston) to pick those up. Additionally, the gentleman at Bullocks could not access our reservation to check us in, but I specifically selected in-person counter pickup to avoid technical issues. When we drove over to Kingston to collect our pre-purchased items, Kingston informed us all credit card payments were down. It was a poor experience from Uhaul's end.
