The lady that was running the place was very nice very professional. The truck was very clean full of gas spotless I would almost say but U-Haul the company or thieves I would not recommend using them at all.

I've dealt with several Uhaul places the past few months. This is by far the best one. The lady, I don't remember her first name but I think her last name was McCraw or McGraw was the nicest and friendliest person I have encountered through Uhaul. She made a frustrating experience of getting my reservation switched to a location farther away to being a great one and I'm glad I got to experience her hospitality.
AUSTIN STruck needs to be repaired. Water leaked into the truck.
Gioacchino Mthe latch on back got stuck and we could not close the door - had to drive super slow for couch and shelves to not slide out going down the highway
