The truck was great clean maintained had no issues. The tow dolly was not. I spend 3 hours and a can of PB blast trying to get the ratchets to work. I could get them tight but when I took it down the road for a test they straps would be loosened. I understand they are close to the ground and therefore exposed to the elements but there is no reason anyone should have to spend that much time trying to get the equiptment working. You need more maitainance personal caring for these before and after every trip. To insure safty.

The owner/manager/employee (not sure which she was but that’s a compliment in itself) was extremely pleasant and helpful. Processed my on-line reservation quickly. She was very helpful in getting the trailer hooked up especially while I was dealing with a loose wire on our vehicle. I would definitely use this location again and will also recommend to anyone I know. I stopped using U-Haul years ago due to poor service but had no choice this time. Very happy to have this experience.

Heath SThe truck was in poor shape and had over 103,000 miles. The steering wheel shook when applying the brakes, the radio didn't work all the time and the miles didn't light up at all times.
