MANUEL GWe had an absolutely horrendous time with the self service at the closed location. The problem was mainly with uhaul's unresponsive app and website that put us an hour late before being able to complete the registration. We were on time (5minutes early) and the app kept freezing. Please update something to make it work better, you are the only affordable truck rental company, but we pay the difference with complexity and stress from your end. We would like to thank the wonderful person on call that helped us manage to get our truck without whom we could not have moved that day. Even though she was extremely helpful, it still was a little bit of challenge even for her to get through the buggy system (and through us communicating with english second language)
