I was very disappointed with the booking process the website wouldn’t work the app wouldn’t work so I called in ask for three days that booked for One denied the insurance but got charged for it for every day that I had the rental even though I never wanted it when I called in and ask him to take it off they told me they had no way to take it off but I had to wait until after I took the vehicle back and checked and checked it in and then call and file a complaint and see if they would refund it that is a total crap show of a way to do business and it’s considered deceptive trade practices in Texas. I know that most of the support personnel are probably subcontracted out but they should be trained better because it all comes back to making a U-Haul look bad the truck itself the inside of the cab was dirty with red clay dirt all over the floor of the cab and there was leaves and dirt in the back I had to clean the back out before I loaded my stuff in. I unfortunately we have to rent from U-Haul again in the future but it is only because it’s the only option I have where I live. Also the Scheduling system was crazy I put in one equipment I needed it would tell me a place at it I drove to that place in that place had nothing we physically had to go look at location before we could book to see if they had the equipment at on site.
