My experience with the location and its staff was excellent. However, my experience with Uhaul allowing me to rent an appliance dolly that was not available was terrible. I showed up the day we were moving heavy appliances to find out there was no appliance dolly. I reserved the truck and associated equipment well in advance and made plans that could not be changed to do something that was very hard without the equipment that Uhaul led me to believe would be available.
