I only rented the truck for a day. The location was different from where I originally chose on the app but the U-Haul rep called and told me I could not rent from there. The location was way out of the way and they had me listed as picking it up from the original requested location but he did take care of it for me with UHaul. I was told it would be around $75 and ended up with multiple charged and paying double. Finally, we loaded the truck up the first night and it rained overnight and there was a leak in the roof somewhere so my daughter's mattress was ruinted. UHaul won't cover it until they do some kind of air and leak test. It's only $170 but she's a college student so felt like UHaul could cover it. When I turned the truck back in, I let them know and he didn't even go out and look. He just said I'll get it checked in.

I reserved a 10’ truck and wasn’t able to mobile pickup. My reservation was for 9pm. I had to call reservations for them to cancel the 10’ and give me a 15’ truck. I didn’t get the truck until 10pm. I don’t know why the 10’ reservation key wasn’t confirmed for pickup. Was it a company mistake or location mistake?

Kim BI was scammed . They used the truck after me and billed my card for over 350 dollars . I would never use this location again . Terrible experience so far and I am appealing . Who would do this to a customer and believe they would let it happen?
