Kimberly RTruck was filthy when I picked it up. Sticky stuff on the floorboard the windshield and dash was very dirty I had to pull over at a gas station to clean the windshield. The driver side spot mirror was gone which made it hard to change lanes because I couldn’t tell if there was a car beside me. I ask for the place I picked it up to do a walk around with me and he refused and said I took out the insurance so no point in finding damage.
Darrell TYou sold me a truck with a broken transmission. You put my life in danger and didn't care to check the quality of your vehicle. You made a already stressful time much worse. My stuff is damaged and ruined and now uHaul is trying to go after me for a broken transmission that you sold me. It was like this before I left your lot. And then you still charged me for the truck. You can't rent someone a broken truck that's so wrong in so many ways. I'm beyond angry.
