The people handling the pick up and drop off tried hard to be helpful but seemed to expect that I would have an app. I was frustrated because I specifically selected this time and location to not have to self serve.

They are not aware how to fill out the truck information. Fuel was on at a Quater tank fuel ( I took a picture) he wrote half a tank. When I explained it to the guy he said sorry and would tell the owner. I returned the rental with the same amount as I drove off and was charged $69.00 additional dollars. Also, said I would drive the rental roughly 180 miles this was estimate. I only drove 130 miles but still got charged the 180 miles, mind you it’s a dollar a mile. So not happy at all.
ADRIAN GThe person working there had no idea where the keys were or that she was allowed to give them to me. I spent nearly an hour on the phone with UHaul trying to get my rental. In the mean time I paid movers for an hour that was stuck on the phone. I believe you all owe me a refund.
MICHAEL OGreat rental place. It was easy and quick. I got the job done.
LUIS CI used the same truck from the same place 2 weeks in a row , I drove the exact same 15miles both times ( I have verifiable proof with my phone) I told both attendants to charge me for 1gallon of gas for 15 miles , my first bill came to &35 and todays bill was $49 , regardless of what the gauge read same 15 miles and a $14 difference, please explain why the $14 difference for the same miles , I don’t get it
