Worst moving experience EVER. The girl had no idea what she was doing. It took her over an hour to figure out how to check me out. I was charged for a dolly they didnt have. They sent me 10 miles out of my way to a laundromat to pick one up. And when I got there they had no idea what I was talking about. I had to move everything by hand. Then they charged me twice!

TERRIBLE customer service. When we dropped the truck off they acted like they had NO idea what to do and were very rude. I have never had a bad experience with Uhaul, but after a long day of moving this was a bad way to end our day.

There was one clerk there with non stop customers so she kept making us wait. She said she didnâ€™t know where the key was and so we couldnâ€™t get the uhaul even though we got two calls confirming our reservation. I had to call uhaul on Floyd and she got a hold of the owner who called the transit store and told her the key was in the lockbox. Then she charged us 130.00 more than the quote so had to fix that. We were there for over an hour trying to get a uhaul. Returning itin Waukeetook 5 mins.

The person we had to pick up from was not confident in policies regarding payment, which was frustrating. However, the reservation process was AWFUL. the uhaul representative had no idea of how far pick up locations were from us. It took half an hour or more for us to get it settled, and even though we reserved a 26â€™ truck online the closest one to us was an hour and a half away. Finally, despite reviewing the reservation details with the representative over the phone, it was entered incorrectly into the system.

There is no key drop box. It took an hour for the representative to finally say to leave it in the car and someone would come take care of it tomorrow. Highly upset.

Completely unorganized and untrained. Didn't even have the trailer we had prepaid for online. Both Uhaul online and the store completely messed up our order. Didn't have the items we purchased either and we were upcharged once there. Very disappointed. Plus now you don't even have decent tow dollies or auto trailers. Uhaul is a HUGE disappointment.

The lady working the cash register had no idea how to make a U-Haul contract check us back in we had three people waiting it was a nightmare I just walked out I didn't even get my receipt

I rented the U-Haul with a pick up date of August 29 and a return date of August 30 . The young lady incorrecly put my pick up date as August 25 with a due date of August 29 . I was not supposed to get charged for two additional days which I didnâ€™t rent for two additional days this was my original rental day, however Iâ€™ve been charged for it $60.95 this needs to be returned immediately . I did not make an error in the rental your staff did.

People who are behind counter need to be More knowledgeable about U-Haul trailers and the insurance â€œsafe towâ€. No one there to help get the vehicle on the trailer.

I received the reservation (confirmation #) 1 week in advance, although they were unable to tell me the location I would be able to pick up the trailer. Advised me to call within 48 hrs of the reservation to discover that. I called @ the 72 hr mark, was advised they still could not tell me the location & were 'surprised' that I had a reservation when 'the system' stated that no trailer was available. I called @ 48 hrs & advised the same. The agent agreed that I may be advised to make other arrangements, although they were confident that I would get a trailer, however may have to drive 60 minutes to do so. At 24 hrs, I called again & was notified of the facility where I could pick up the trailer (not the facility where I had made the reservation). in the mean time, I had scrambled to find other arrangements. I ended up using the UHaul as it better fit my needs (size) - however question the process of confirming a reservation 6-7 days out & not having a commitment to fulfill. incidently, the facility where I made the reservation in fact had many of the 5x8 i wanted when i needed it - so not sure what was going on. rate the process very poor. Ultimately your product did satisfy my need. - thanks for asking

The People checking out the truck didn't seem to know what to do. I waited for an hour for them to get the truck when I had reserved it and given all my information the week before. The truck was dirty, could not see through the windshield because it was so dirty.

Trailer was hooked up to truck that I then had to unhook. Fuel level was marked incorrect on my contract I had to then go back in and get corrected. I donâ€™t think the location looked at the truck from the previous person that drove it.

Checkout was a nightmare 1st time iwasted 35minutes of my time checking in only to find out she did it wrong. Called down the next day and had to re reserve a truck. Got truck reserved and brought back she did a readjustment on my final bill got the paper receipt saying my card would be charged $66. Here's the problem my CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE OF $70. Company did not tell you that a $14 charge is also added in for insurance.
