The service was first class.
Bryan ROur pick up time was 8:00 am. We had car trouble on the way to the location, and called ahead to let them know we would be late. They assured us that would be fine. We arrived at 8:45, and the person at the desk informed us that the only person who could release the truck to us had left. Multiple calls and texts were placed to the assistant manager, who never responded. I called the main UHaul line twice but they were also unable to help. The assistant manager just happened to stop in to the station an hour after we arrived, and did help us (she said her phone was on silent). We finally got on the road two hours late. It was pure luck that the asst mgr showed up, and we would have had to reschedule our moving day (and an entire crew) if she hadn't. This was tremendously frustrating. This location should be mobile pickup only, or should not rent trucks at all if they cannot properly train staff to walk through a very simple online process and hand over keys. It is not rocket science.
