Scott HThis location was not at fault but I tried an online pick up of the truck and U-Haul’s website was down so I was not able to pick my truck earlier. U-Haul contacted me about getting the truck earlier and then their websites went down not any fault of WestEnd Storage. I contacted U-Haul about my wasted time and was supposed to hear back within 72 hours haven’t heard anything yet and we are 84 hours into the 72 hours. Thank you WestEnd Storage y’all are really great U-Haul I have a bone to pick with you.
OBADIAH SThe trailer I rented hadn;t been cleaned, however it was explained that it had just come in early that morning and there hadn't been time to clean it, and I was asked if that was okay. It was. However, the wiring was not working properly and took the better part of an hour to fix, which it was. I had to go to three U-Haul service centers in the area to find the auto-trailer I needed - the nearest that had it was forty-five minutes away. The trailer worked fine and drop off in Westminster was easy, as always. All in all, I can't do better than below average for my experience this time. The staff, in all instances, however, was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
