I rented the truck on a Saturday and turned it in same day and was charged for 'an extra day'. They were closed when I returned it. When I booked it there was no indication that there would be an additional day's charge if they were closed. I even bought a lock to lock up the dolly so it wouldn't get stolen.
JOHN WDo not recommend moving help that has the most horrid reviews. These people stole from me and destroyed TONS of my furniture. The reviews are the same and I don’t understand why U-HAUL would promote a company like this. U-Haul passed the buck and won’t do anything for me.
Tara SOrdered a 15’ the person didn’t drop it off in time, Larry took care f me and gave me a bigger truck, he was awesome with communication and friendliness. Would recommend them to everyone!
