The person I dealt with, was very informative and explain things very well to me. The van I rented was an excellent shape and did a great job for the moving. I needed to be to be done and yes, I would deal again with U-Haul in Smith Falls.

Jean-Luc LThe person managing this location took. my deposit on my debit card. However when I went to drop of the truck (One-way) they told him he entered my deposit as cash. This caused a problem as the place I dropped the truck off was not set up to provide the deposit back via debit. After many calls I was told I could only get my deposit back via check. I was not happy as you can imagine. Make sure when you are depositing money that they enter the correct info. Not sure why he put down that I paid cash.
Rock BRented U-haul in person. Owner was very friendly and accommodating. Mileage rate was lower than the location in Beckwith. Definitely recommend this location.
