Make it more accessible to check in and have everything approved before hand. I had to wait eight minutes for my stuff to be approved before I could actually get my vehicle. Waste of time

George MI used the APP, and I found there is no option for me to do editing in case something I entered wrong. Each time I suppose to call and it was fixed quickly. But still will be good if customer will have option to change the date or time or drop-off location on their APP . My anyway I appreciate my experience with U-Haul!
