The location was very good but the service I received very poor. First the person made many mistakes then the computer very slow, than has to stared again. It take three times till I mention you are doing wrong. The server hade some attitude did not want to hear that I say you have to choose one not two squares on the form. Finally the server did how I told than computer finished my rental trailer. I didn’t not got any help to hook up the trailer? I have very hard time with my daughter. My suggestion for this location to training people with respect help there customer.Thank you
Helen KYou have literally the worst customer service on the planet. I booked ahead of time and we got there and they had no truck. The closest one was 1,5hrs one way away. We barely got a discount and had to pay way more in gas to pick it up. I will never be using your service again and I will be telling everyone how terrible your service is.
Mason LThey gave me the wrong trailer, they were on the ground, wires not properly secured.
Alexander WWe ordered a dolly, furniture dolly, and 2 packs of 12 furniture blankets; they were able to provide 3 blankets only. Good thing we owned our own dolly.
