Making sure the vehicle is actually ready for the next customer when they show up. At the very least, notify them in some form or fashion if the vehicle isn’t going to be there. I had a reservation for 12:30 PM. Arrangements for movers at 1 PM. Showed up to pick up my truck around 12:10 PM and was basically told sorry, it’s not here, you’re SOL at the pickup location. I then had to call customer service myself and be transferred twice before being able to secure a new truck for nearly 4 hours after the original guaranteed pickup time. I was given absolutely no prior notice to my reserved truck not being available. I was forced to scramble and put together a new plan in half and hour and needed moved by the end of the day. Beyond frustrating.
