Louis BI originally rented a unit at a gas station on John Leblanc Blvd in Sorrento. When I went to pay online an hour before I was scheduled to pick up the truck as was advised by your website, I was informed the location did not have a key onsite and the truck was not available. I called the company, and they found the Four Seasons location for me. By the time I handled all the transactions, I was running 1.5 hours behind schedule. The truck I rented has 40PSI in the tire, and the tire requires 80 PSI. I had to get to the nearest gas station and pay $2.00 for air. The air pump did not have enough pressure to pump the tire, so I had to get to the next nearest gas station with an air station and pay another $2.00. All in all, this put me 2 hours behind schedule. The whole process was highly inconvenient, especially since I had everything lined up prior to the day the truck was rented.
