First of all you could make sure that the place you redirect me to is opened on the day I reserved pickup for at another location. Due to your piss poor operation I had to pick my rental up a day earlier than needed and therefore had it sit dormant for a wasted 24hrs of rental. Then I had to leave early and rush like hell to get the equipment returned by the due time the one day I used it.The location I dropped off at was an hour drive away from where I unloaded and I drove past a drop off point in Farmerville LA to get to West Monroe. The guy running the "Hindu Head Shop" quick stop/gas station didn't know what to do and had to call someone who took delivery over the phone. This location was chosen by the place I picked up the trailer which was not the place I had originally set up for pick up. I blame neither of the locations for U-hauls inadequacy that resulted in a wasted day of rental.

Taylor WNext time, please be sure to include the dolly in the truck before rental. I did not receive the dolly to use, even though I paid for it.
Randi WIt had two empty food boxes in the truck 😫 so I would definitely do more of a detailed cleaning.
