There was a man smoking heavily in the open office next to the customer counter . As an asthmatic I could barely breathe when completing the rental process. However the lady completing the rental process was very friendly and helpful. The rental counter area was a a complete mess and dirty.

The parking lot is a dystopian nightmare. It stunk of rotting carrion. There standing water everywhere. The water was polluted with god knows what… The key lock boxes are located over a filthy dumpster occupied by feral animals. Nobody was available to help. This location is located in a junk yard. Smashed cars are everywhere. The trucks are haphazardly parked with no rhyme or reason… it’s a confusing dirty environment. There was no defined area to park your own vehicle. Overall it was not a great experience. I will never return to this location.
