No improvements at all; this location was IDEAL and so helpful!!! They did absolutely everything right and I felt like I was in really good hands for my super stressful move. Great customer service and clean vehicle
ALAN MThe people at the location were awesome. The problem was the day before my trip I was contacted that my pickup location did not have the trailer I needed and had to travel 80 miles round trip out of my way to get my rental. Unexceptable
KIMBERLY JI had trouble with app when checking out. I dont know if i was too early (dropped off about 1.5 hours early) but i called customer service and they noted the time of drop off. Otherwise a very good experience.
