I’d like to provide some feedback on my recent rental experience at Twin Lakes Outfitters. The employee was friendly and helpful at the beginning, which I appreciated. However, I was not clearly informed about mileage charges until after I had already moved past the mileage portion of the process. That’s important information that should be explained upfront so customers can make informed decisions. Additionally, after I completed payment and had an issue uploading the required photos, the interaction felt noticeably different. While an alternative solution was offered, the communication came across as dismissive, and I didn’t feel fully supported. There were no other customers present at the time, so it was disappointing to feel rushed or brushed off when I needed assistance. Consistent customer service and clear communication throughout the entire process would make a big difference.

Was told I was guaranteed a 26’ truck. When I got there all they had was a 20’ truck. It didn’t fit everything. Had to leave stuff and come back another day in the future . He said it was not their fault though.
ADAM HTry to park the trucks little far from each other so that customers can click the picture clearly. Except that everything was excellent.
