This location was great! The gentleman that helped me was overly kind! It was a really bad, snowy day to be moving and he gave me some tips and tricks while driving in the snow that paid off! When I called back to let U-Haul know that I was not going to Be able to Return the truck it that day, the woman was extremely abrupt and to the point! No people skills whatsoever!!! I was about ready to call it quits for the day and drive down there and confront the woman personally!!! She kept repeating herself over and over and over and I told her I get it!!! It was all over me being charged for another day, I already knew that and that wasn't the contract that I had signed but I did call to extend another day, I was short with my helpers on the moving day, Which of course took me much longer than expected!!! I just hope I never need to deal with that woman again!!! In times like These as far as 2020 and the COVID-19 and everything else we and all the people have had to deal with so much I would expect a little more compassionate personnel and at least a lot more understanding, she was not by no means!!! Sometimes in life things don't go the way you expect them to, a little more professionalism could have gone a long ways, I did not receive any type of understanding whatsoever unfortunately!!! She was a total bitch about the rental truck, I tried to explain to her in a very calm manor which I did not receive on the other end!!! Next time I will go to a different locationOr perhaps considering using a total different company besides U-Haul!!!Tamara N.

26' truck with 8' ramp. So short and steep incline it was dangerous so we couldn't use it. Seems like every time I've rented 26' it always had a 10' or possibly longer ramp Really made the move much more difficult. We rented the truck for two days but returned it after one due to ramp.Michael S.
The front desk woman was extremely rude! Only person in the building, my boyfriend leaves and she was just rude. Wouldn't let me read the contract before signing, not even for 1 minute!!, no one was behind me in line. She said â€œwe are going to do this backwards just sign and read later.â€ Really? Even though I encouraged for her to let me read it and showed interest in reading it. This women had no patience. My boyfriend returned in the building. She asked if the truck would be back by 3pm and I said yes, I believe so (could be sooner) she said very rudely â€œit better be!!! There's another reservation!!â€ Uh, okay we got it... when we returned she asked if we wanted to wait for our final bill or leave, we stayed. She went to look at the truck, came back and said â€œif you don't clean the truck you're going to be charged.â€ We didn't leave anything in the truck. She then handed my boyfriend a broom and dust pan. What was in the truck? A bolt to something (not our furniture our furniture is together) and two very small pieces of plastic. She then said â€œyou went 42 miles?â€ And I responded â€œI'm not sure I didn't track it.â€ She then replied â€œNO! YOU WENT 42 miles!!â€ Um, okay? If she knew this then why ask and give me an attitude when I said I didn't know? This whole time no one was in line, literally no one, not when we picked up or dropped the truck off. The entire interaction she was just nasty and unpleasant and we will never recommend this location.Jennifer V.

I used the "Touchless" process to get the truck. I think it's a great idea. It was inconvenient to try and find the truck at the back of the lot, walk back to the office to open the key box, and then walk back to the back of the lot to pick up the truck. It would be great since these trucks all have geolocators, to communicate with the customer about where the truck was and then since this was my first time, I didn't know exactly where the key box was so that would be nice to tell the customer where the keybox is. I ordered a dozen pads and only had 6 in the truck. Debbie had called earlier in the day to confirm 12 but for some reason only 6 in the truck and I missed those. The app simply does not work for the return process. I think the problem is that the picture of the odometer is trying to use OCR in tenths and the odometer doesn't read in tenths so it kept erroring out. after 20 minutes I gave up and put the key in the night drop so that needs to be fixed also.
