We tried for 45 minutes doing the 24/7 pick up And it didn’t work. We even had someone call us from U-Haul to verify identity. He verified and hung up immediately. Didn’t ask if we need help or anything else. Eventually we left and had to go back in the morning once the office opened to pick up the truck. When we were dropping the truck off, We filled up the tank to exactly where it was when we got it like we were instructed to. We dropped off the truck doing 24/7 drop off. The next day we were charged $50 saying we didn’t fill the tank up to where we left off. I had to file a claim with U-Haul for a manager to review to refund us our money. The truck itself was fine. The process has been very frustrating and would never recommend it to anyone.
