CYNTHIA DIn the app for returning, I checked and it just told me to drop the keys in the box. I went back to the app before leaving to make sure I did it right, and it started asking for pictures. I did not have the keys so I was unable to take a picture of the fuel gauge. Also the photo I received was of a van and not a 10' truck when I was picking up. Overall great experience but it made me worry a little.
