This location was great! The help from UHaul staff as far as pricing was less than satisfactory as I was charged double the quoted price. Overall an excellent experience from Storage King. I would not however choose to use UHaul again.

ALLISON L.When we picked up trailer we hook it up to hitch, but wiring was broken no pins to plug into my truck . No other trailers, so we took it down back roads to tractor supply and bought an adapter and extension wiring, a additional $40 . All this made us very late starting. I call location he was thankful for me telling him, but no refund.
Bobie B.We arrived at 9 am to pick up the truck, but the staff member on site did not know how to process U-Haul renters. We had to complete our rental over the phone and we did not leave with the truck until 9:40. The staff member on site indicated to us that she did not work there, but was just helping out a friend. I was not comfortable giving out my credit card number to someone I did not know over the phone, however, this was a business rental for a scheduled office move and we needed the truck so we continued with the rental.
