Upon arriving the equipment that we had reserved wasn’t available. When speaking with customer service, they said that they didn’t have that specific equipment available at the location, and I said that they should have contacted me prior to pick up to inform me of that. The owner came outside and began arguing over the matter. Unprofessional and bad customer service to not notify that the reservation is being modified because they don’t have the correct equipment at pick up.
